It may have begun in childhood.  I wanted to be a nurse and ‘fix’ people.  But I married and had eleven children instead.  Now that was real schooling!  I am quoted as saying ‘everything I learned…I learned from my children.’  Knowledge of nutrition, health, patience, organization [whoops! Perhaps there is more to learn] came as a result of the challenges life presented.

I discovered Brain Gym® in 1996.  It changed my life!  As I continued my ‘education’ – both in courses, experience, and miracles – I discovered what I had been born to do.  I wasn’t ‘fixing’ people – but helping them discover their full potential.  I had found a toolkit that removed ‘negatives’ blocking full health and energy.  My children continued to play an important part in this learning as they challenged me by presenting opportunities to help them with the very blocks my efforts at ‘perfect motherhood’ had created in their perceptions.

Back pain, cancers, infertility, unexplained fatigue, phobias - all were eased or erased with a personal edu-k ‘balance.’   My former incredulity at such concepts as ‘muscle checking’ and ‘energy work’ was dispelled as one after another responded positively to the balance process.  Victims of sexual abuse reported that one hour in a balance process had cleared away what 10 years of therapy had failed to eliminate.

It was simply incidental to my intent to clear away ‘issues’ with a ‘balance’ that health was improved in my subjects.  Only slowly, did I come to recognize that much of what I understood as physical health problems were resulting from unresolved emotional issues.  Patterns began to emerge as I moved from ‘practicing’ on friends and family to ‘working’ with clients.

The finishing touch was learning that I could do this work from a distance.  I had four of my children and their families living in the United States.  I began by using surrogates in my presence as stand-ins for children/grandchildren far away.  It evolved into my working simply with a energy body or imagined body where I was.  The balances were equally effective.  It is only in a rare instance that I need to see a client in person.  So I now work either way…there are clients who still will come to see me in person – which is great.  But there is also a growing number who, because of the busy-ness in their own lives as well as mine, opt to have the balance done ‘in effigy’ – so to speak.  I am happy to work either way.

The electronic age.  Living at the speed of…the internet?  The time has come that I join the future.  My intent is to have my clients either contact or refer me through this medium…can I become both more efficient and more effective?
